Description

Cantilevered tunnel: arched version It is characterized by extreme versatility and modularity in terms of width, in the standard version and in the measures indicated it does not need support pillars; it is therefore the ideal solution for the protection of entrances, facades and windows, in both modern and classic buildings, intended for residential and industrial use; also supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT or ASSEMBLED. The same modules, in the multiple-sector version, can be made of larger dimensions, supported by appropriately dimensioned rectangular beams.
Made with aluminium extrusions profiles (col. ox electrocolour BLACK / SILVER, RAL 9010 White / 6005 Green / 8017 Brown / 3000 Red / 7016 Grey / 9006 Silver / 9005 matt black / ANTIQUE GREY), complete with gutter channel, any tie rods or brackets of support and wall fixing plates (excluding downpipes); cover with sheets in solid UV-protected polycarbonate (colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE).
Mod. T3 – characterized by the chord/rise ratior = 1/3
The version is also available in the variant “Liberty”, realized by the application (with welding) of the decorative motifs in aluminium “CENTRAL LEAF” and ” SIDE CURL”; this variant is made only in the painted version (nor ox)

Metal completion frame in anodised / RAL-painted aluminium extrusions, complete with:

Ribs type X1M / X3M, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50/70 x 15/18, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P / X3P, dim. mm. 50/70 x 5, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
Gaskets in ethylene-propylene based compound, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (g/m 55 approx.) / GSP8EC (g/m 130 approx.) / GSP5EC (g/m 80 approx.);
Side and/or intermediate Gutter channel in extruded XCANP type complete with XMOB type sheet-retaining profile, with variable angle joint, with dedicated joint for adjusting the springing angle, complete with appropriate section angle profile acting as a pressure bar; the gutter channel will be complete with aluminium closing caps, th. 30/10;
Shaped wall anchoring plates, complete with special concealed joints for fixing the XCANP gutter channel;
Any support tie rods and related accessories in stainless steel AISI 316;
Any support brackets in aluminium extrusions / hot-dip galvanised and painted carbon steel, of appropriate section according to size;
Any decorative motifs with “CENTRAL LEAF” / “SIDE CURL” in aluminium th. mm. 30/10;

Covering with sheets in:

Solid coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate, thickness suitable for bending radius and rib spacing, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE, inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0.

Variable rib spacing according to dimensions.
