Description

Bouncy Tunnel: Arc version It is characterized by extreme versatility and modularity in terms of width, in the standard version and in the measures indicated it does not need support pillars; it is therefore the ideal solution for the protection of entrances, facades and windows, in both modern and classic buildings, intended for residential and industrial use; also supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT or ASSEMBLED. The same modules, in the multiple-sector version, can be made of larger dimensions, supported by appropriately dimensioned rectangular beams.
Made with aluminium extrusions profiles (col. ox electrocolour NERO / ARGENTO, RAL 9010 White / 6005 Green / 8017 Brown / 3000 Red / 7016 Grey / 9006 Silver / 9005 matt black / GRIGIO ANTICO), complete with gutter channel, any tie rods or shelves of support and fixing plates wall (excluding rain); cover with sheets in Solid polycarbonate UV Prt.. (col. NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO).
Mod. T3 – characterized by the rope/cold ratio = 1/3
The version is also available in the variant “Liberty”, realized by the application (with welding) of the decorative motifs in aluminium “CENTRAL FOGLIA” and ” LATERAL CRICCIOLO”; this variant is made only in the painted version (no ox)

TUNNEL is so built:

Metal frame completion in aluminium extrusions anodised / painted RAL, complete with:

Ribs type X1M / X3M, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50/70 x 15/18, ready to insert double gaskets;
Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P / X3P, dim. mm. 50/70 x 5, predisposed to insert double gaskets;
Ethylene propylene mix gaskets, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (p/mt gr. 55 ca.) / GSP8EC (p/mt.
Side and/or intermediate Gutter channel in extruded XCANP type complete with XMOB type containment profile sheets, with variable angle joint, with special graft for adjusting the springing angle, complete with appropriate section angle profile having the dial function; the gutter channel will be complete with aluminium sp caps. 30/10;
Shaped wall anchoring sheets, complete with special concealed joints for fixing the XCANP gutter channel;
Any support tie rods and related accessories in stainless steel AISI 316;
Any shelves of support in aluminium extrusions / steel carbon hot and painted galvanized, of appropriate section according to size;
Any decorative motifs to “CENTRAL FOUNDATION” / “LATERAL CRICILE” in aluminium sp. mm. 30/10

Cover with sheets in:

Solid polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for bending radius and ribs spacing, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO inserted in free slide; reaction to fire Class Bs1d0.
