Canopy anticipated public transport represents one of the many applications of the ” tunnel system” integrated with the series of partition walls and buffering and is easily inserted in modern or historical contexts; characterized by minimal design and simplicity of installation, is designed to offer shelter and comfort to the stops of public transport, combining contemporary aesthetics, functionality and resistant materials.

Description

Solution for urban furniture, it represents one of the many applications of the ” tunnel system” integrated with the series of partition walls and buffering. The basic supply can be integrated with the rear buffer, made with laminated glass (replaceable with advertising panels) fixed by means of special clamps, while the side can be supplied on request. Made of two sizes, it easily fits into modern or historical contexts. The system, elementary in its application, can also be supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT.
Made with aluminium extrusions profiles (col. ox electrocolour NERO / ARGENTO, RAL 9010 White / ZXQPH3 Green QXZ / 8017 Brown / 3000 Red / 7016 Grey / 9006 ARGENTO / 9005 matt black / GRIGIO ANTICO); cover with sheets col. NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO.

Metal frame completion in aluminium extrusions anodised / painted RAL, complete with:
Ribs type X1M, with special Y joint, dim. mm. 50 x 15, ready for the insertion of double gaskets;
Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P, dim. mm. 50 x 5, prepared for the insertion of double gaskets;
55 ca.); / GSP8EC
Gutter side channel in extruded XCANP type complete with XMOB type containment profile sheets, with special graft for adjusting the springing angle and a special angle profile of appropriate section having the function of dial. The gutter channel will be complete with special concealed joint elements, superimposed to ensure the perfect water seal and aluminum sp closure caps. 30/10;

Load-bearing structure in aluminium extrusions anodised / painted RAL composed of:

84 x 84 with rounded edges, with special hollows for inserting concealed joint type XINN52.
XINN52 type grafting, for XCANP / XCANG or XPIL edge beam mounting;
Fixing sheets in aluminium, of suitable dimensions, assembled with special coupling type XINN59, for ground fixing of XPIL pillar;

Cover with sheets in one of the following alternatives:

Solid polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for bending radius and ribs spacing, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO inserted in free slide; class reaction to fire Bs1D0.
Multiwall polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for ribs spacing, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO inserted free slide; class reaction to fire Class Bs1D0;

Step rebs variable according to size.

Bending walls composed of:

Perimeter profile in aluminium extrusions type T60603, fixed to the XPIL bearing pillars by means of specific XINN52 grafts;
Laminated glass of suitable thickness, fixed to the perimeter profiles by means of special clamps; or in solid polycarbonate/coextruded hive Uv. Suitable thickness protector, colour NEUTRO/OPALE/BRONZO; reaction to fire class Bs1do, with perimeter profiles of sheet-retaining profiles and related mounting brackets;
Any intermediate pillars in aluminium extrusions type XPIL of section mm. 84 x 84 with rounded edges, with special hollows for inserting concealed joint type XINN52;
XINN52 type coupling, for fixing the T60603 perimeter profile and any XPIL intermediate pillars;
Fixing sheets in aluminium, of a suitable size, assembled with special coupling type XINN59, for ground fixing of XPIL pillar.
