Standard Bus Stop Canopy

BUS STOP CANOPY with low-rise arch made as follows:

Metal completion frame in anodised / RAL-painted aluminium extrusions, complete with:
Ribs type X1M, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50 x 15, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P, dim. mm. 50 x 5, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
Gaskets in ethylene-propylene based compound, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (g/m 55 approx.) / GSP8EC (g/m 130 approx.) / GSP5EC (g/m 80 approx.);
Side gutter channel in extruded XCANP type complete with XMOB sheet-retaining profile, with dedicated joint for adjusting the springing angle and a special angle profile of appropriate section acting as a pressure bar. The gutter channel will be complete with special concealed joint elements, overlaid to ensure perfect watertightness, and aluminium closing caps th. 30/10;

Load-bearing structure in anodised / RAL-painted aluminium extrusions composed of:

• Pillar type XPIL, section mm. 84 x 84 with rounded edges, with special slots for insertion of concealed joint type XINN52.
• Joint type XINN52, for fixing to XCANP / XCANG gutter channel or to XPIL edge beam;
• Aluminium fixing plates, suitably sized, assembled with special joint type XINN59, for ground fixing of XPIL pillar;

Covering with sheets in one of the following alternatives:

1. Solid coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate, thickness suitable for bending radius and rib spacing, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE, inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0.
2. Multiwall coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate, thickness suitable for rib spacing, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE, inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0;

• Variable rib spacing according to dimensions.

Infill walls composed of:

• Perimeter profile in aluminium extrusions type T60603, fixed to the XPIL load-bearing pillars by means of special XINN52 joints;
• Laminated glass of suitable thickness, fixed to the perimeter profiles by means of special clamps; or solid/multiwall coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate of suitable thickness, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE; fire reaction Class Bs1d0, with perimeter sheet-retaining profiles and related fixing brackets;
• Any intermediate pillars in aluminium extrusions type XPIL, section mm. 84 x 84 with rounded edges, with special slots for insertion of concealed joint type XINN52;
• Joint type XINN52, for fixing the T60603 perimeter profile and any XPIL intermediate pillars;
• Aluminium fixing plates, suitably sized, assembled with special joint type XINN59, for ground fixing of XPIL pillar.
