The canopy Jolly is a cover designed to enhance entrances in valuable buildings, with robust components and reduced maintenance.

Description

Self-supporting canopy of great aesthetic impact, designed to enhance entrances in valuable buildings while solving the problems of protection from the weather. The polygonal base gives a pleasantly technical aspect to the whole, and consists of a gutter channel of particular section divided into segments and united by means of appropriate concealed joints that guarantee the perfect seal to the water. It is available in the semi-spherical version, or in the corner version. Also supplied in KIT DI MONTAGGIO and, where the size allows, ASSEMBLED.
Mod. Jolly – characteristic semi-spherical shape / 1/4 ball with calandrate ribs;
Mod. in Piramide – characteristic semipiramidal shape / 1⁄4 pyramid with flat ribs;
Made with metal frame and completion profiles in aluminium extrusions (col. RAL 9010 White / ZXQPH3 Green QXZ / 8017 Brown / 3000 Red / 7016 Grey / 9006 Silver / 9005 black matt/ GRIGIO ANTICO), complete with fixing plates to wall, any tie rods support, gutter channel perimeter with relative concealed joints and containment profiles sheets; cover with sheets in Polycarbonate Compact UV Prt… / Polycarbonate Alveolare UV Prt… col. NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO. Load-bearing structure (for non-standard size) with possible lateral swab (fixed or openable) available on request. Rains are excluded.

Gutter channel type XCANP / XCANG of appropriate section, complete with XMOB type sheet containment profile, with special grafting for adjusting the springing angle, complete with angular profile of appropriate section having the function of die; the gutter channel will be complete with special concealed joint elements, overjoining to ensure the perfect seal to the water;
Reinforced X1M / X3M with Y joint, dim. mm. 50/70 x 15/18/, designed for the insertion of double gaskets;
Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P / X3P, dim. mm. 50/70 x 5, predisposed to insert double gaskets;
ethylene propylene mix gaskets, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (p/mt gr. 55 ca.) / GSP8EC (p/mt.130
Blank sheet;
Shaped wall anchoring sheets, complete with special concealed joints for fixing the gutter channel;

Cover with sheets in one of the following alternatives:

Solid polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for ribs spacing and any bending radius, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO inserted in free slide; reaction to fire Class Bs1d0.
Multiwall polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, of thickness suitable for ribs spacing and any bending radius, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO inserted in free slide; reaction to fire Class Bs1d0.

Number of variable sectors depending on width: up to mm. 2500, n.05 sectors; for width 3000 n. 07 sectors; by size greater number of sectors to be established.
