Description

The solution for the urban furniture with innovative lines, characterized by the blade with the characteristic shape in aluminium laser cut; the basic supply also includes the rear infill, made with insulated micronervated panel with sp. mm.

Made of twor standard lengths, it can also be supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT.
Made with aluminium extrusions profiles (col. RAL 9010 white / 6005 green / 8017 brown / 3000 Red / 7016 Grey / 9006 SILVER / 9005 matt black / ANTIQUE GREY); cover with sheets colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE.

Metal frame of completion in aluminium extrusions painted, complete with:

Reinforced calendered ribs type X1M / X3M, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50/70 x 15/18, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
XT50253 Lower Reinforcement Tubular Event of Section mm. 50x25x3 calendered to size;
Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P / X3P, dim. mm. 50/70 x 5, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
Gaskets in ethylene-propylene based compound, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (g/m 55 approx.) / GSP8EC (g/m 130 approx.);
Rib-pack retaining profile type XPENS, width mm. 125, designed for insertion of GSP108EC gasket;
Shaped blade in aluminium, laser cut;

Load-bearing structure in aluminium extrusions painted composed of:

Pillar type T 100x50x4 with relative fixing sheet in aluminium, dim. mm. 200x150x10 th., for ground fixing of pillar;

Covering with sheets in one of the following alternatives:

Solid coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate, thickness suitable for bending radius and rib spacing, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE, inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0.
Multiwall coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate, thickness suitable for rib spacing, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE, inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0.

Variable rib spacing according to dimensions.

Bending walls composed of:

Perimetresc profile in aluminium extrusions type MDSUP / MDINF / MDLAT painted ns color range;
Rear infill, made with insulated micronervate panel th. mm. 40
