Description

ECONOMIC Canopy with innovative lines, designed for the protection of entrances, windows and doors in modern and classic buildings, intended for residential and industrial use; also supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT or ASSEMBLED.
Self-supporting, made with aluminium extrusions profiles (col. RAL 9006 Silver / RAL 9005 black matt / RAL 9010 White / 6005 Green / 8017 Brown / 3000 Red / ANTIQUE GREY 007/ 7016 grey), complete with polycarbonate sheets (multiwall or solid) UV-protected(colour CLEAR/OPAL/BRONZE.

SELF-SUPPORTING FLY ALUMINIUM CANOPY

Self-supporting canopy a simple layer, complete with support brackets made as follows:

Load-bearing structure and completion elements in aluminium extrusions painted RAL, complete with:

  • Flat ribs type X6M, with special Y joint, dim. mm.70×6,5 designed for insertion of double gaskets;
  • Vertical rectangular-section bracket T60302RIF dim. mm. 60x30x2 with TONDO30 strut, section mm. 30×2 th.
  • Sheet-retaining flat bars type X3P, dim. mm. 70 x 5, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
  • Gaskets in ethylene-propylene based compound, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (g/m 55 approx.);
  • Wall flashing type XMUR, in aluminium extrusions, designed for insertion of double gaskets, dim. mm. 30×78;
  • Sheet-retaining profile type T80202RIF, dim. mm. 57,20×20 th. mm. 2
  • Rib-pack retaining profile type XPENS, width mm. 125, designed for insertion of GSP108E gasket, with related pantographed aluminium closing caps 30/10;
  • longitudinal traverse event of support cod. T60302;

Covering with sheets in solid polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for rib spacing, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0. Max. rib spacing mm. 1000. Minimum projection mm. 600 max mm. 1300 – Customized length.
