The Giglior tunnel model is a compact and decorative cover, characterized by a support structure with a ?fleur-de-lis? motif, ideal for protecting pedestrian gates, intercoms and mailboxes when a central fixing point is available, combining functionality, elegance and weather-resistant materials.

Description

Original solution characterised by a support structure that creates a distinctive “GIGLIO” decorative motif; designed to protect small gates, intercoms and mailboxes where there is a central fixing point (rather than a side fixing point). Its compact dimensions make it suitable for situations where the installation of true cantilevered covers is not permitted. The complete system includes the ribs and covering sheets, the longitudinal sheet-retaining profiles and the support structure with lily-shaped brackets. The system can also be supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT or ASSEMBLED.

Made with aluminium extrusion profiles (col. RAL 9010 white / 6005 green / 8017 brown / 3000 red / 7016 grey / 9006 silver / 9005 matt black / ANTIQUE GREY); covering with UV-protected solid polycarbonate sheets, col. CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE.

The GIGLIO tunnel is also available in the “Liberty” variant, made by applying (by welding) the aluminium decorative motifs “CENTRAL LEAF” and “SIDE CURL”; this variant is made only in the painted version (not anodised)

TUNNEL Mod. GIGLIO made as follows:

Self-supporting structure and metal support frame in anodised / RAL-painted aluminium extrusions, complete with:

Ribs type X1M / X3M, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50/70 x 15/18, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P / X3P, dim. mm. 50/70 x 5, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
Gaskets in ethylene-propylene based compound, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (g/m 55 approx.) / GSP8EC (g/m 130 approx.) / GSP5EC (g/m 80 approx.);
GIGLIO brackets characterised by suitably curved and assembled XT50253 profile, fixed to XPIL supporting posts with 84 x 84 mm section and rounded edges, with dedicated slots for inserting any concealed joint type XINN52, or TUBOLARE4 60X60X3 depending on the height, complete with aluminium fixing plates of suitable size, assembled with dedicated XINN59 joint or with 60x60x3 section sleeve for fixing to the masonry support;

Â Longitudinal sheet-retaining profiles type XPENS, width 125 mm, designed for insertion of GSP108E gasket, with corresponding pantographed 30/10 aluminium end caps;
