Giglio Model Tunnel

The Giglio tunnel is a compact and decorative cover, characterized by a support structure with “joint” pattern, ideal for the protection of gates, cytophones and mailboxes when a central fixing point is available, combining functionality, elegance and materials resistant to atmospheric agents.

Description

Original solution characterized by a support structure that draws a characteristic decorative motif to “JEST”; designed for the protection of gates, cytophones and mailboxes in the presence of a central fastening point (instead of lateral). The small size encourages the use in situations where the installation of embossed roofs is not allowed. The complete system includes the ribs and cover sheets, the longitudinal profiles of sheet-retaining profiles and the support structure with lily shelves. The system can also be supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT or ASSEMBLED.

Made with aluminium extrusions profiles (col. RAL 9010 white / ZXQPH1 Green QXZ / 8017 brown / 3000 Red / 7016 Grey / 9006 Silver / 9005 matt black / GRIGIO ANTICO); cover with polycarbonate sheets Compact UV Prt.. col. NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO.

The GIGLIO tunnel is also available in the “Liberty” variant, made by the application (with welding) of the decorative motifs in aluminium “CENTRAL FOGLIA” and ” LATERAL CYCLE”; this variant is realized. only in painted version (no ox)

TUNNEL Mod. So made:

Self-supporting structure and metal frame of completion in aluminium extrusions anodised / painted RAL, complete with:

  • Ribs type X1M / X3M, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50/70 x 15/18, ready for the insertion of double gaskets; 
  • Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P / X3P, dim. mm. 50/70 x 5, predisposed to insert double gaskets;
  • 55 ca.); / GSP8EC
  • GIGLIO shelves characterized by profile type XT50253 suitably calandered and assembled, fixed to the supporting pillars type XPIL of section mm. 84 x 84 with rounded edges, with special cables for the insertion of possible concealed joint type XINN52, or TUBOLARE4 60X60X3 according to the height, complete with fixing plates in aluminium, of adequate size, assembled with special ZXQPH4 graft QXZ or with section 60x60x3 for fixing to the wall bracket;
  •  125 for the insertion of GSP108E seal, with relative pantographed aluminium caps 30/10;
  • Cover with sheets in solid polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for bending radius and ribs spacing, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO inserted in free slide; reaction to fire Class Bs1d0.
  • Step rebs variable according to size.
