Arched Tunnel for Small Gates

Arc tunnel for gates is designed for the protection of pedestrian inputs. The complete system includes the ribs and cover sheets, to be integrated with the longitudinal profiles of sheet-retaining profiles, the possible gutter channels and the load-bearing structure and/or elevation, if necessary. The system can also be supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT

Description

Designed for the protection of entrance gates. The complete system includes the ribs and cover sheets, to be integrated with the longitudinal profiles of sheet-retaining profiles, any gutter channels. It is also possible to load-bearing structure and/or elevation (in the absence of adequate wall supports) with relative fixing plates and concealed joints. The system can also be supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT and, where the size allows, ASSEMBLED.
Made with aluminium extrusions profiles (col. ox electrocolour NERO / ARGENTO, RAL 9010 White / 6005 Green / 8017 Brown / 3000 Red / 7016 Grey / 9006 Silver / 9005 matt black / GRIGIO ANTICO); cover with sheets col. NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO.
Versions: TO SESTO RIBASSATO – characterized by the rope/cold ratio = 1/3 – 1/5
Possible solution ALL SESTO, characterized by the rope/cold ratio = 1⁄2, on request

TUNNEL for gate gate cover: low-arched / full-arched arched so made:

Metal frame completion in aluminium extrusions anodised / painted RAL, complete with:

  • Ribs type X1M / X3M, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50/70 x 15/18, ready for the insertion of double gaskets;
  • Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P / X3P, dim. mm. 50/70 x 5, predisposed to insert double gaskets;
  • 55 ca.); / GSP8EC
  • X10 / X13 / XMOB / X13 / two variable angle snout elements, with special grafting for setting the springing angle, or type XMDLAT / T80X20X2RIF for holding sheets with embossing ribs, complete with appropriate section angle profile having the function of die;

Alternatively:

  • Side and/or intermediate Gutter channel in extruded type XCANP / XCANG complete with XMOB type sheets containment profile, with special graft on both sides for adjusting the springing angle. The gutter channel will be complete with special concealed joint elements, superimposed to ensure the perfect water seal and aluminum sp closure caps. 30/10;

Load-bearing structure in aluminium extrusions anodised / painted RAL:

  • 84 x 84 with rounded edges, with special hollows for inserting concealed joint type XINN52.
  • XINN52 type grafting, for XCANP / XCANG or XPIL edge beam mounting;
  • Fixing sheets in aluminium, of a suitable size, assembled with XINN59 type grafting or fittingly dimensioned pipe fitting, for fixing of XPIL pin;

Cover with sheets in one of the following alternatives:

  1. Solid polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for bending radius and ribs spacing, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO inserted in free slide; reaction to fire Class Bs1d0.
  2. Multiwall polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for ribs spacing, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO inserted in free slide; reaction to fire Class Bs1d0.
