The bench cover of the sports facilities is made with robust components, requires minimal maintenance and is installed in a few minutes.

Description

The ideal solution for sports facilities of old and new generation: produced in two standard sizes (for 8 and 10 seating), entirely in aluminium, also supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT or ASSEMBLED, installs in a few minutes. The base product can be integrated with side lockers and upper and lower advertising panels, as well as with a frontal velette designed for inserting removable panel. Made with aluminium extrusions profiles (col. ox electrocolour NERO / ARGENTO, RAL 9010 white / 6005 green / 8017 brown / 3000 Red / 7016 Grey / 9005 matt black / 9006 silver / GRIGIO ANTICO); cover with sheets col. NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO.

Cover bench football so realized:

Load-bearing structure and completion profiles in aluminium extrusions anodised / painted RAL, complete with:

  • X1M type calandrate ribs, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50 x 15, prepared for the insertion of double gaskets;
  • Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P, dim. mm. 50 x 5, prepared for the insertion of double gaskets;
  • Ethylene propylene mix gaskets, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (p/mt gr. 55 ca.) / GSP8EC (p/mt.
  • Metal frame type T50502 with special intermediate and side triggers that guarantee the perfect assembly of the structure;
  • Containment profiles sheets type XMDLAT / T80202RIF, complete with gaskets stopsheet having the function of die;
  • Fixing sheets in aluminium, of a suitable size, assembled with special insert type T45452, for ground fixing of the metal frame;

Cover with sheets in one of the following alternatives:

  1. Solid polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for bending radius and ribs spacing, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO inserted in free slide; reaction to fire Class Bsd01.
  2. Multiwall polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for ribs spacing, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO inserted in free sliding; with sealed alveoli, reaction to fire Class Bsd01.
  • Step ribs mm. 1000 approx.
