Description

Simple and economical solutions for the protection of entrances, windows and doors in modern and classic buildings, intended for residential and industrial use; extremely versatile, also provided in ASSEMBLY KIT or ASSEMBLED.
Self-supporters, made with aluminium extrusions profiles (col. ox electrocolour BLACK / SILVER, RAL 9010 white / 6005 Green / 8017 Brown / 3000 Red / 9006 Silver / 9005 matt black / 7016 grey and ANTIQUE GREY), complete with solid UV-protected polycarbonate sheets (CLEAR/OPAL/BRONZE).
Mod. P3 – characterized by the chord/rise ratior = 1/3
The type P3 is also available in the variant “Liberty”, realized by the application (with welding) of the decorative motifs in aluminium “CENTRAL LEAF” and ” SIDE CURL”; this variant is only realized in the painted version (nor ox)

SELF-SUPPORTING ALUMINIUM CANOPIES

Self-supporting canopies type P3, complete with support brackets, made as follows:

Load-bearing structure and completion elements in anodised / RAL-painted aluminium extrusions, complete with:

Reinforced calendered ribs type X1M / X3M, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50/70 x 15/18, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
Vertical rectangular-section bracket XT50253 dim.mm. 50x25x3
Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P / X3P, dim. mm. 50/70 x 5, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
Gaskets in ethylene-propylene based compound, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (g/m 55 approx.) / GSP8EC (g/m 130 approx.);
Wall flashing type XMUR, in aluminium extrusions, designed for insertion of double gaskets, dim. mm. 30×78;
Sheet-retaining profile type T80202RIF, dim. mm. 57,20X20 th. mm. 2;
Rib-pack retaining profile type XPENS, width mm. 125, designed for insertion of GSP108EC gasket;
Decorative motifs with “CENTRAL LEAF” / “SIDE CURL” in aluminium th. mm. 30/10 (only in the “Liberty” version);

Covering with sheets in:

Solid coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate, thickness suitable for bending radius and rib spacing, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE, inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0.

Variable rib spacing according to projection: up to mm. 1200, max spacing mm. 2000; over mm. 1200, max spacing mm. 1000.
