The cover for mopeds and bicycles is a simple and functional solution, entirely in aluminium, designed to protect the vehicles from the weather, with the possibility of integration of side locks, accessories panels and decorative variations, guaranteeing resistance, modularity and ease of installation.

Description

A simple and linear system for the protection of mopeds and bicycles, entirely in aluminium, also supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT or, where the dimensions allow it, ASSEMBLED. The base product can be integrated with side lockers and upper and lower advertising panels, as well as with a frontal velette designed for inserting removable panel. The simple load-bearing structure can be replaced by brackets with decorative motifs on request. Made with aluminium extrusions profiles (col. ox electrocolour BLACK / SILVER, RAL 9010 White / 6005 Green / 8017 Brown / 3000 Red / 7016 Grey / 9005 matt black / 9006 silver / ANTIQUE GREY); cover with sheets colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE.

Load-bearing structure and completion profiles in aluminium extrusions anodised / painted RAL, complete with:

X1M/x3M, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50/70 x 15/18, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P/X3P, dim. mm. 50/70 x 5, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
Gaskets in ethylene-propylene based compound, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (g/m 55 approx.) / GSP8EC (g/m 130 approx.);
Metal frame type XT50502 with special intermediate and side joints that guarantee the perfect assembly of the structure;
Containment profiles package ribs type XMOB width mm. 52, designed for insertion of GSP109EC gasket and angle profile 25x5x2 acting as a pressure bar;

Covering with sheets in one of the following alternatives:

Solid coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate, thickness suitable for bending radius and rib spacing, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE, inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0.
Multiwall coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate, thickness suitable for rib spacing, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE, inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0.
