The cover for mopeds and bicycles is a simple and functional solution, entirely in aluminium, designed to protect the vehicles from the weather, with the possibility of integration of side locks, accessories panels and decorative variations, guaranteeing resistance, modularity and ease of installation.

Description

A simple and linear system for the protection of mopeds and bicycles, entirely in aluminium, also supplied as an ASSEMBLY KIT or, where the dimensions allow it, ASSEMBLED. The base product can be integrated with side lockers and upper and lower advertising panels, as well as with a frontal velette designed for inserting removable panel. The simple load-bearing structure can be replaced by shelves with decorative motifs on request. Made with aluminium extrusions profiles (col. ox electrocolour NERO / ARGENTO, RAL 9010 White / 6005 Green / 8017 Brown / 3000 Red / 7016 Grey / 9005 matt black / 9006 silver / GRIGIO ANTICO); cover with sheets col. NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO.

Load-bearing structure and completion profiles in aluminium extrusions anodised / painted RAL, complete with:

X1M/x3M, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50/70 x 15/18, predisposed for the insertion of double gaskets;
Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P/X3P, dim. mm. 50/70 x 5, prepared for the insertion of double gaskets;
Ethylene propylene mix gaskets, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (p/mt gr. 55 approx.) / GSP8EC (p/mt. gr.130 approx.);
Metal frame type XT50502 with special intermediate and side triggers that guarantee the perfect assembly of the structure;
Containment profiles package ribs type XMOB width mm. 52, prepared for inserting ZXQPH1 seal QXZ and angle profile 25x5x2 having the function of die;

Cover with sheets in one of the following alternatives:

Solid polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for bending radius and ribs spacing, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO insert free slide; reaction to fire Class Bs1d0
Multiwall polycarbonate coextruded UV-protected, thickness suitable for ribs spacing, colour NEUTRO / OPALE / BRONZO inserted in free slide; reaction to fire Class Bs1d0.
