Sports Bench Canopy

Football bench cover made as follows:

Load-bearing structure and completion profiles in aluminium extrusions anodised / painted RAL, complete with:

• X1M type calendered ribs, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50 x 15, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
• Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P, dim. mm. 50 x 5, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
• Gaskets in ethylene-propylene based compound, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (g/m 55 approx.) / GSP8EC (g/m 130 approx.) / GSP5EC (g/m 80 approx.);
• Metal frame type T50502 with special intermediate and side joints that guarantee the perfect assembly of the structure;
• Containment profiles sheets type XMDLAT / T80202RIF, complete with gaskets stopsheet acting as a pressure bar;
• Fixing sheets in aluminium, of a suitable size, assembled with special insert type T45452, for ground fixing of the metal frame;

Covering with sheets in one of the following alternatives:

1. Solid coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate, thickness suitable for bending radius and rib spacing, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE, inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0.
2. Multiwall coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate, thickness suitable for rib spacing, colour CLEAR / OPAL / BRONZE, inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0.
