SELF-SUPPORTING ALUMINIUM CANOPIES

Self-supporting arched canopies, complete with support brackets, made as follows:

Load-bearing structure and completion elements in aluminium extrusions painted ANTIQUE GREY, complete with:

• Reinforced calendered ribs type X1M, with Y joint, dim. mm. 50x 15, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
• Vertical rectangular-section bracket XT50253 dim. mm. 50x25x3, with TONDO30 strut, section 30xsp.2 mm;
• Sheet-retaining flat bars type X4P, dim. mm. 50 x 5, designed for insertion of double gaskets;
• Gaskets in ethylene-propylene based compound, black colour, Shore hardness 65 ± 5, type GSP3EC (g/m 55 approx.) / GSP8EC (g/m 130 approx.);
• Wall flashing type XMUR, in aluminium extrusions, designed for insertion of double gaskets, dim. mm. 30×78;
• Sheet-retaining profile type T80202RIF, dim. mm. 57,20X20 th. mm. 2; rib-pack retaining profile type XMOB, width mm.52, complete with special angle profile of suitable section acting as a pressure bar, designed for insertion of GSP109EC gasket; complete with aluminium closing caps 30/10;

Covering with sheets in:

• Solid coextruded UV-protected polycarbonate, suitable thickness according to bending radius and rib spacing, colour STANDARD CLEAR, inserted with free sliding; fire reaction Class Bs1d0.
